Prior to Summit Bank, Mr. Liu—affectionately known as “Mr. Felix”—served as a Commercial Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, and CITIBANK in South San Francisco.

 

As the Trustee and legal owner of the property, Mr. Felix will personally conduct the Round Robin Auction via telephone on Sunday evening.
